fnb funeral cover

am not happy with the service honestly i received an sms to say my cover is terminated i dont understand what happening fnb deducts directly from my account but sometimes money is not deducted the last time i had to call and find out i cant be doing that everytime it looks like fnb just want me to loose all the money i have been paying for this cover all this years

can this matter be attended urgenly plz
