FNB funeral cover

My mother passed away in early January 2026. She had a funeral cover policy at Fnb. All relevant documents where provided on the 22 nd of January 2026. Up to date I have had no feedback from Fnb despite numerous enquiries. She was a state pensioner that paid her cover payments dues in full. In this time of bereavement and pain it is very sad that Fnb has reneged on their stated policy of payment within 24 to 48 hours". Shame on you.
