FNB FUNERAL COVER *****

I've been paying for my funeral cover for more than 6 years. Fnb acknowledged they made a mistake by not debiting (technical error they said) even though I was contacting them to debit. They said they would investigate, they've been investigating for months now and nobody is coming to me with a straight answer. My premiums for the past 6+ years have gone down the drain and they are quiet. DON'T get a funeral cover with FNB.
