Over two months have passed since my mother's passing, yet FNB Funeral Claims has failed to payout to the beneficiary to date, after six year of maintaining the policy payments. Despite initial acknowledgments and promises of resolution, there has been no meaningful progress or follow-through. This lack of service from an institution of FNB's stature is profoundly disappointing
