FNB FUNERAL CLAIMS DEPARTMENT SUCKS!

I have made a funeral claim, Saturday at the FNB branch. Received a message from my app that the claim is being assessed. All documents received. I had to call them to find out what is the hold up and they keep on telling me that I should wait for 24 hours which ended long time ago. We need to bury my cousin brother as he died on unnatural death and in our culture should be buried as soon as possible. Now when I’m trying to track on the app the status, it says no claim. Both in the pending and on the completed claims. What is the meaning of that while I am still waiting for the status.
