Fnb Funeral Claims

Good day , i am very disappointed with the service i got from from Fnb Life/ Funeral Policy, i called in to submit a claim for my fathers funeral, sent all the required documents and the turnaround time for that claim was supppse to be 24 to 48hrs and to my suprise i am still waiting till today for the claim to be paid as the funeral was on the 4th of this month and i was expecting FNB Life to help me give my father a dignified funeral but i am very disappointed tge way this matter is being handled because even now i am still waiting for them to get back to me , but no one is saying anything, no communication from the department, so i just want to ask them are they saying to me i made a mistake of taking up a funeral policy with them or what cs i had taken up this policy hoping that when things like burial of my loved one comes i will be covered i wont have to borrow money that i dont have , so now wat i was affraid of happened , i had to borrow money to burry my father though i took out a policy avoiding that to happen, So Funeral Policy ripped my heart off my chest with their disappointing process, I am not happy at all with this whole thing , now i dont know if i should continue working with them cs i have a bad experience with my first claim with them, Poor service i received from this bank. Very much disappointed.
