FNB Funeral claims

Just want to commend FNB on this one. We lodged a claim with their funeral services department, and the claim was allocated to Kefiloe Nhlapho, she was hands on, on the case, the manager(Prash Moodley) made it an even personal experience as he not only was professional but showed he understood what we were going through.

Our 16 months old daughter had passed on and when everyone was lagging she made sure with her manager to honor our wishes of doing the burial on the date we had wanted, our claim was attended to with lots of dignity and fairness.

We had a dignified funeral with an undertaker of our choice as the claim went through in the the time we were promised. No hassles no stress.

Thanks for the wonderful service and the willingness to help you've shown. It felt like we were dealing with family members instead of a paid service❤️
