FNB Funeral Benefit - Shame on you!!

On 5 Sept. 2019 I sent through a request to load my Father in Law on my Funeral Policy I hold with FNB and they came back to me on 5 Sept. 2019, confirming that it would not be possible as my husband passed away and my Father In Law is now not my family and no longer related to me. My Father In Law is still staying with me and is a dependent of mine, you don't just decide that your family is no longer your family because of the death of another. I did not divorce or choose to leave my husband he passed away and as I see it that still makes my Father in Law my family. To date I have not received adequate feedback to the complaint lodged except for e-mail confirmations with reference numbers. FNB cannot be bothered to provide feedback and it does not seem to bother them at all. I find this whole situation to be in extreme poor taste and quit frankly very distasteful.
