Fnb funeral are taking your money as they wish

I have a funeral policy with FNB my payment is 705 a month my husband was in a big accident last year and because of that he's at home I'm the only breadwinner. Now and are really struggling and because this is the only policy I have at the moment I don't want it to lapse as anything can happen so I called fnb and made arrangements with them to deduct from the 1st of march from my other account I also gave them the account details reason being is because I knew I will not be able to pay end of January because my rent is also in arrears and if I don't settle we wil have to move ...on the second of February fnb deducted 2 payments 1410 out of the new account I gave them and made arrangements for them to deduct march..I called them they can only say they are very sorry for the inconvenience but there is nothing they can do..how can they do nothing I need this money asap my landlord is already bringing people to view the place where am I gonna go with a sick husband and 3 children I need my money even if it means they wil have to close my policy im that desperate I mean I made arrangements I called I gave a new account just so my policy won't lapse I explained everything they go and do the opposite plus how can fnb just let they deduct when I made arrangements for the first payment to go of march I really need my money I feel like I'm going to kill myself because of all this stress this is not nice to have a lot of problems then you have to beg for your own money and they just say sorry where are my family going to stay this is really a ******* bank
