FNB funeral a ****

I am disgusted by FNB funeral, my dad passed on then i go up and down trying to arrange his funeral, i go to old mutual branch in mokopane,i claim without a hassle, then i go to fnb Mokopane branch to claim , the consultant at the entrance tells me I need to call customer care to claim, okay I called customer care then customer care asks me if I have an fnb app, yes I have it, then i go to the app and try to claim, guess what the app asks me, put in the reason for the claim when I press it nothing pops out. So tell me is your fnb funeral a **** or what. Cos I couldn't get assisted at the branch , customer care nor app. So how am i gonna bury my father.i think I am going to switch banks. I am super angry right now imagine if I had only fnb funeral, I am so angry .
