Fnb funeral

I app**** for a funeral policy at fnb which I thought is affordable but than got a better deal from another insurer and emailed fnb life to cancel my policy. I asked them to please refund my premiums while in the 30 day cancelation period. They deducted another premium this month resulting my account to be in a minus due to insufficient funds. I called numerous times and no consultant answers or I get through to the wrong department. This is pathetic
