FNB funds transfer from petro card to credit card

I have asked that FNB transfer the funds that are in my standalone petrol card to my credit account 2 days ago. They say a request has been send to the relevant department and that the funds will be in my account the next day. It is now 2 days later and still it has not been done. How difficult can it be to do such a simple task. How long must i still wait for FNB to do the transfer. I have lodged a complaint on FNB website regarding this and no feedback. I phone in and ask when will it be done that is after i have been transferred up and down between departments at least 6 or 7 times. they say the request has been send. This is ridiculous.
