FNB FULL OF PROBLEMS

Why do I have to go though Hello Peter to get a response. So I took out insurance on my personal loans. Which was approved. But yet again they debit my accounts as well and the insurance paid. Why FNB. When the one comes right we have another problem. Why are we doing this to a loyal client.
