FNB = FULL of NONSENCE and BULL****

I have recently gone from a savings account with another bank over to FNB Private Clients, and everything FNB promised me during this change was a lie. I was told that for the higher fee I will be earning more e-bucks, I will be allocated a private banker and after a month I will recieve a credit card and over draft facility.

After I opened the account, and putting R97,000.00 through the account within the past 30 days, they have advised me that they will not be allocating me a personal banker and I do not qualify to earn e-bucks, because of my previous credit history, a history that I have been working for the past few years to rectify after I was layed off, and the promises of a credit card and overdraft has also disappeared.

So now I would like to know what promises are FNB keeping and way am I paying for a Private Clients Account when I am being treated the same as if I had a normal Gold Account at 25% of the Cost.
