FNB Fudiciary :Poor Service

I submitted a request for cancelation of my will to FNB Fudiciary in July 2023. To date, I'm still waiting for my original will. I made several enquiries with them and I was told that my query has been escalated to the dispatch department. I decided to resolve this issue with the banking Ombud. Stay away from FNB, their service is very poor.
