FNB F*UCKING AROUND WAISTING TIME

If I could it would not even be one star. I'm so disappointed in them the service is absolutely ****. We app**** for a further house load. Firstly she sended an email stating that we qualify for the loan that said find attached pdf file that lets you know for how much. Then she did not attached the file and we phoned and said she will send later that day. Mote than a day later and still nothing. We tried to call and no answer for days. Then sent an email and then send back that we qualified for re advance. She is waisting my time and is not helpful at all. I really wish that fnb can wake up and let everyone know *** they are applying for. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WAIST OF TIME PICK A NEW BANK
