FNB Frustrations

I was notified a month ago that my new business card would be delivered. Then I had a date and time set. 25th to be delivered. that came and went. then i contacted fnb and they said they would deliver my card to bank and I have been waiting for a sms to let me know when the card arrives. Today I contact fnb and they tell me that the card should have been delivered. So does any one know their A from their elbow.
