FNB frustrations

I lost my phone and on my new phone I have downloaded the FNB app but I am unable to make any payments as my new phone is not yet verified. I have tried verifying the phone both on the website and the app. It tells you how to do it but neither of these options are available. I run a business and was unable to pay wages on Friday, I spent hours on the phone being transferred from pillar to post with no joy. All I was told is I have to wait another 7 days before it can be verified. I even got hold of my relationship manger who was unable to assist. Now my Vat is due and still I'm unable to make any payments and will now have to pay a fine all because of FNB's incompetence. Again I have been holding on for the call centre now for more than 30 minutes and no-one has even answered yet, I am beyond frustrated. You can email FNB all you like or complete the contact us page on the website and nothing ever happens, no-one even bothers to get back to you. Furthermore I have been struggling for four years now to get my company name changed on my bank statement to read as per the registered name with CIPC, any which way you try , you just hit a dead end and it appears customer service is non existent at this organisation.
