FNB frustration in trying to pay back money

I've been trying to get hold of someone at FNB to assist me to settle a revolving loan. No emails channels work, the app chat says I must call the call centre. The call centre sends me back and forth, don't talk about calls getting disconnected and when I do get to someone then it's forever the wrong department. This is frustrating because it seems as if they just want the interest to go up and up.
