FNB Frustration

I have been banking with fnb for over 20 years but recently have been experiencing a lot of problems with an issue of mine that they are not resolving which causes me so much enxiety and stress each month. It has now come to a stage where I am looking for an alternative bank and finally end my relationship with fnb.
