FNB - Frustrating National bank

Spent numerous calls with the service suit and as well as the head of business banking to get my account moved from a branch in the Vaal to Mpumalanga where i reside. The bank used OLD OUTDATED info from their system to create the business account and when queried i was given the run around. I was spoken to very harshly by the head banker and when i raised my voice in retaliation they threaten to close my account. After several discussion i was sent forms to fill for transferring the account. 6 months later this has is still not transfered to the right branch and i still do not have a banker.

The usual pathetic service from FNB. Should change the name to Frustrating National bank
