FNB frustrating bad service

i am presently living in the UK but still have my banking account with FNB. I have been trying for the past month to get Neados D/O returned. I have tried calling it says do you have access to your banking platform. I cannot return a neados D/O that way. Then they say they will send me a link that says secure chat, once again they send me a number which when you phone goes onto voicemail. Pathetic and extremely frustrating. I expect a call on my SA number *** to get this cleared up
