FNB!!!!!!!!!!!!! FRUSTRATED!!!!! IS!!!!! A!!!!!! UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!

FNB!!! FRUSTRATED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no more words!!!!!!! On the 28th of June FNB took a debit order twice from my account!!!!!! I phoned in immediately (after almost holding for an hour and a half) just to be told please phone back again tomorrow as the money is not yet reflecting on their side!!!!! 29th of May (after holding again for almost an hour) i was told that they will process the payment and will reflect within 4 - 10 working days!!!!! IT DID NOT HAPPEN!!!!! So after about 15 DAYS i phoned in again just to be told there was n big problem in FNB Financial department with lots of debit orders being taken off twice so for this reason it is taking longer because there is alot of refunds to process ( im just sorry i could not remember the ladys name and that she did not put it on the system as she told me, there is no reference number everything can be seen on the system but as you are told "remember mam all calls are being recorded" so please go playback that call) NOT MY PROBLEM FNB!!!! I NEED MY MONEY TO PROVIDE FOR MY FAMILY!!! NOT THAT YOU CARE AT ALL!!!! But so I was told it will take 4 working days to reflect!!! And you know what I DID NOT REFLECT!!!!! Phoned in again on day 5 just to be told it wasn't processed yet but they will make a point of it to refund me in 48 hours!!!! DID NOT HAPPEN!!!!! So yesterday i phoned again (27 May 2019, this is almost a month now i have been waiting for my money!!!) the consultant told me he is busy with my spread sheet it will be in my account TODAY!!! You know what? ........................................... WRONG ACCOUNT FNB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS THE EXACT ACCOUNT WHERE YOU MADE THE DOUBLE DEBIT ORDER FOR THAT YOU PAID THE MONEY INTO AGAIN!!!! POINT OF THE STORY, I DID NOT GET MY MONEY YET!!!!! IT IS A MONTH NOW!!!! I NEED THIS SORTED OUT TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY TODAY!!!!!
