FNB FROZEN SHARE INVESTOR ACCOUNT WHY I DON'TWORK FOR U?

I just opened a share investor account with FNB about a week ago...I used to be an employee of First Rand and resigned last year around November. Now my share investor account has been frozen as they seem to be under the impression I still work for them...How do u not know who works for you. Also I would liked to have bought shares this morning but I can't and potentially losing money .
