FNB Frozen eWallet Extra
So my young brother wanted an account and I suggested that he can open the ewallet extra thing but now his account is frozen without him even using it. I tried to send him money but the transaction is not being allowed.
What is happening and why was it frozen for no apparent reason.

Why saying your Easy Zero account can be opened and be fully functionalon the phone if you gonna say the person must go into the branch for verification.
The money that was deposited from ABSA is missing because of this nonsense. I should have known it was too good to be true.
You are just being ******* now,where is the money that was send from ABSA because it didn't go though since the account is frozen and it didn't go back to the person who sent it?
