FNB frozen account

Most useless Bank ever!!! Cannot transfer funds or do payment. Phoned customer support just to be transfered several times with no one able to assist me. Cant get close to the bank as queues are insane. They cancel my Cheque card and deactivate account so online transfers cant be done. Tried using secure chat service. What a joke that was!!!!! No one answers that stupid thing. Will be taking my banking someplace else
