Fnb froze my cards AGAIN over FICA

A month ago my account was frozen because of Fica compliance. This was not as a result of a lack of effort on my side. Just that FNB made it impossible for me to either update the documents or contact them. Eventually after I posted to Hello Peter, someone contacted me and we sorted it out. Only for me to now have to go through the entire process again as I my cards are now frozen for the same reason as before. I am on the verge of closing my account. I am fed up.
