FNB FROZE MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT BECAUSE I WAS RUNNING MY BUSINESS AND WAS UNREACHABLE..

I received text messages yesterday afternoon (21/11/2017) stating that all my limits on my cards were cancelled.. I immediately called FNB and spoke to enquires and they stated that they would give me call in morning with feedback.. I did receive a call today (22/11/2017) at 16h00 from Patson in the credit department...He stated that my account was overdrawn for more than 15 days and I was not reachable...I tried to explain to him that due to me dealing directly with customers, I'm always able to take calls on my cell and I also have not looked at my mail... He stated that he is just following FNB's process by blocking my account or whatever it is that they do when your account is stopped..I tried to negotiate with him to unblock my account as its month end and payments are coming through and I have staff to pay over the weekend but he said that there was nothing that he could do.. 1 - My account shows every month that payments come in from the 25th to the 30th so why block my account on the 21st? 2 - 11 Years of banking versus 15 days and account is blocked? 3 - I feel that FNB does not care about me or my business but the brag "how can we help you" 4 - This experience has really disappointed me, brought down my confidence as a business owner and taken away my livelihood as I'm currently a business with no bank account and FNB has made me feel like a *****... 5 - My business is now unable to assist my clients should there be an emergency as I deal with Security Systems in people's homes and businesses...

FNB, I will be opening another bank account tomorrow with Standard Bank as I've lost trust in you'll...Don't contact me if im gonna get the same don't care attitude..
