FNB froze my business account

M small business account has been Frozen by FNB because of outstanding actions on my FICA compliance. However, I have tried on numerous occasions to update the info on the App only to find "system temporarily unavailable" at the end of every submission.

. Also tried to submit my documents online but according the site I have no documents outstanding.

I spent the whole day yesterday phoning various departments to try and get this resolved but to no avail.

What am I supposed to do now??? Pathetic FNB!!!
