FNB Froze My account due to FICA documents

Yesterday FNB froze my account due to allegedly not receiving correct FICA documents.

When I opened my account, I gave them everything they needed. When I got my new credit card I gave them everything they needed. All was good.

30 Days ago I received an SMS saying my account will be freezed if I do not submit my FICA documents...
I phoned the number on the SMS to try and establish what was wrong, I cam to the call center who referred me to another person who referred me to another person who referred me to another person and so on and so on. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I was on the phone for almost 30 minutes being transferred from one to the other with no conclusion. This is the worst service I ever had in my life!

I then ended up sending my document to the email address, getting an email back saying it has been received. Only to find out yesterday after filling up my car that my account is frozen, and I had to walk home leaving my car at the garage as I had no money on me! This is absolute horse play!!!

I changed from ABSA bank to FNB because of bad service, I gues I should have stayed, because ABSA at least know what they are doing, and wont let you sit in the dark!
