FNB Froze my account!

FNB froze my account because they wanted fica documents. I sent them through and when I completed the necessary paperwork to have it unfrozen I was told I need to “Please ensure you fill in the "Related Party and Mandated Persons Information section" since there is an individuals who is linked to your accounts to transact” I have never given anyone else permission to transact on my account, how am I meant to get my account unfrozen when I have no one else on my account but they won’t take that as an answer? I have debit orders that are getting bounced and this has been going on for days now. They have the fica documents from me but still won’t unfreeze my account.
