FNB Froze my Account
I went to FNB to withdraw money to pay petrol and they froze my account on my first salary after I have been unemployed for six months, they didn't send an sms or any notifications, this is ********, if I wanted to bank with another bank I could've done so and process my salary to a new bank, bad practice people should not bank with FNB they have ridiculous charges when you not even working and failed even to pay my loan insurance after so many attempts to claim with the ****en necessary documents, I need to change and find a new bank I cant have my new paycheck going to them if they failed to fix my retrenchment loan insurance. If you start a new job get a new bank to process your payment and debit order and leave FNB they are not helpful as they claim on their slogan
