FNB from Hero to Zero. Extremely dissapointing service

FNB what happened to your outstanding service, you totally fell off the wagon? So dissapointed used to recommend you to everyone, and my whole family banks with you.

My virtual card has been hacked and *****ulent activities on my account reported, the money was reversed with no explanation or report of why this happened.

Now, 2 momths later,my cheque account card has been hacked with *****ulent activities, reported on the 24th of June, still no case number received, the agent could not supply me with one as your systems were down.

I enquired about previous ***** case and agent said she can't assist and gave me another number, called and agent advised cannot assist me as system is offline once again.

I've been calling the number today and been holding on for hours, tried secure chat on the app, but been transferred from agent to agent and no seems to care to assist?

Disgraceful wow all I can say.
