FNB from best to worst

I am the executor of my father's estate. I have been struggling for months to get FNB to transfer his personal account to the estate late account. All of the account are with FNB but they are totally unresponsive. No replies on emails, when calling all they say is it is escalated but nothing happens. I have been with FNB for over 30 years, I think it is time to move. Horrible service from every single department at FNB, personal, business, deceased estates, every single one is useless, what went wrong.
