FNB freezing bank accounts for them not capturing our FICA info

I got a message tonight stating that FNB will go ahead and freeze our bank account for not updating our FICA information. This is after I did the required steps on the internet banking system twice, and the system mentioned someone would contact me to correct the info. Nobody did. I called the call centre and was told someone would call me to correct the info. Nobody did. I emailed the info to FNB, and apparently nothing happened with it. This is utterly ridiculous and not the standard I expect from my bank. Instead of how can we help, FNB's motto should be how can we make it as difficult as possible for you.
