FNB freezes account after all documentation provided

I received a sms from FNB stating that my account will be frozen but not any reason why the account will be frozen which was Thursday 19 May 2022. Friday 20 May 2022 After receiving the sms I spoke to an online FNB consultant on which the chat can be confirmed via my online banking app and she mentioned it was a FICA check for my business account. I logged into my business account and it was not the case and checked any outstanding documentation of which there was none to accept or respond to. The consultant said she will open a case to investigate it further. I then emailed their income verifications department. They then rep**** and said I need to provide proof of income but did not mention it being specific to an account or transaction since I have various personal and business accounts with FNB. I then submitted proof of income to proof my general income from a property sold recently with the applicable SARS data sheets. I then phoned their income verification department when I went to FNB Mall at Reds on Monday 23/05/2022 at 9h20 and the income verification consultant then changed the query and said the query was around a specific transaction from a Capitec account to my FNB Money Maximizer account. I then provided a 3 months bank statement of my capitec account where funds have been transferred to my FNB money maximizer to the FNB income verification department. After all documentation submitted FNB still placed a hold on my account today 23/05/2022 and the person or department who read the emails did not clearly read it. Contact me FNB or give me someone competent to sort out my account or you will loose a business client, personal client and invester. You are placing my account on hold for no reason within 4 days of your sms received and every single day I deal with *********** people who does not even know what has been queried or what is required as documentation on proof of income since the request for documentation changes to something else on every communication email.
