FNB Freezes

The worst bank ever , opening accounts online is the most stupid thing FNB has ever done. They do not have proper resource to ensure that all your documents are assessed online immediately like Discovery Bank so that you don’t have to wait for their stupid QA processes . I have opened a new account and deposited the money , but I can use it. What is the point ??
