FNB freezed our account without notice

I logged a query on Thusday (last week), 5th of March with your FNB KYC department after transferring funds into an account online only to get a message that it can't be transferred out. FNB have blocked our business account without notice for a lack of FICA documents. How absurd is it that you 'block' the account and still allow for funds into the account - there being NO notice to me whatsoever. Their excuse.. we did not have your correct contact number sir. So, how does my online banking OTP always come through to the correct number?? We have creditors to pay and a business to run. I have phoned your KYC team so many times and have submitted so many documents to Avela Ndamase. We cannot operate our business!!! Pathetic, pathetic. Your inbound team on *** now tells me I have to wait for someone else to phone me in order to clarify what further documents you require. Call reference ***3. Please RESOLVE THIS URGENTLY....!!!! I am not interested in apologies for inconvenience caused or excuses.
