FNB freezed my SARS money

FNB froze my SARS funds and blamed SARS when I went to their branch. When I called SARS, they were not aware of it. I called FNB and they said SARS system is slow. What ****es me off the most is that they did not contact me via phone or email after freezing my funds. I thought it was a ***** case and had to leave work just to try and sort it out but they have the audacity to send me emails regarding their funeral and life covers. Once this is all sorted, I will change banks.
