FNB ******** freeze accounts

FNB just completely froze my accounts. How is this possible that FNB can have the authority to do this? I called fnb about this and apparently the reason is that I need to Fica my documents with them. I did not receive messages about this, and if I knew that they were going to do this, which is very serious, they should have called me about this. How can FNB mess with a person's livelyhood like this, what if I urgently needed access to my account for an emergency or need food or petrol??????? *** FNB????? This is totally outrageous that they can have the authority to do! Only the government or sars is allowed to do this????? And what is the reason that I need to Fica??? I have no access to any money, there are no words to describe how disgusting this is from FNB!!!!!!!! I will hold FNB liable if an emergency happens and I have no access to any funds! Disgusting! I need this re-instated immediately as I have already emailed through the required documentation.
