FNB freez account after receiving valid documents

FNB froze my accounts today after receiving the requested documents to re-verify my information TWICE. My ID and proof of residence has been sent to them on the 29th of July to [Email Removed] I then received an sms that the information received was incorrect (on 30/8/2015), I then resent the same documents to the same email address, as well as the Long Street Branch [Email Removed] the branch where I used to work as a Sales and Service Coordinator.

I am well aware of the type of documents needed to FICA clients, and therefore the correct documentation has been sent through. I was informed on the sms received on 30 August that the documents were incorrect and that I need to resubmit within 30 days. I do not have other documentation.

I provided my ID, a letter confirming my residential address from the owner of the property, as well as the recent City of Cape Town rates & taxes statement indicating the owner's address.

I find that FNB is abusing their power and I if this issue is not resolved within 24 hours, I am contacting the ombudsman and the CPA.
