FNB free travel insurance
Do not take the travel insurance that comes with FNB. It may be free but that's because the travel insurance do not pay out for when something goes wrong on holiday.
I am still waiting to get paid for missing luggage since our December holiday.
FNB, please can you have a look at the services you offer and don't get involved with such poor servicing company's. TIC does not even have a proper custom complaint service.
