FNB FREE SIM ********** ADVERTI*****T

so last week i upgraded my account from Gold Chq to Prem Chq and i was supposed to get a free Sim with this. With free data, airtime, and sms'es. First off the courier company DID not deliver my Sim with my 2 cards that was delivered. So i went to branch to go and fetch what FNB so openly advertises. I get to branch the consultant tells me no its not the truth and that the sim is not free you pay monthly (Where the adverts clearly state FREE with existing clients WHICH I AM). So i log into the app after leaving the branch and consultant Ntombifuthi Dlamini tries to assist me, there was a debit that tried to run for this sim card as the consultant told me it will on the 1st actually!!!! and they dont pick the transaction up on my history, WHERE AS I HAVE THE SMSES TO PROVE THIS and the card shows Active on my Online banking but with 0 values! I expect someone senior to contact me in regards to this mess up, reverse that transaction that tried to run and make this "Top up 500" as advertised FREE OF CHARGE
