Thank you for replying, seems the only way to get any answers from FNB is via Hellopeter. What would we do without it.

However, a promise of escalation and a reference number is not going to pay for the medication I need, which is required today. Dischem don't understand 'FNB took my money so I can't pay for my medication', or I would refer them to you for an explanation.

Therefore, kindly ensure that the unauthorised charge is reversed by this evening so I can still get my medication in time, as not obtaining this will endanger my life, which I'm pretty sure is not legal, not to mention unauthorised charges for phantom products.

Let me know if you need a doctor's note supporting this, failign which the hospital bills will be forwarded to you.
