FNB **********ly take late husbands money out his account without permission from the executors
My husband passed away in December, and my husband's company Old Mutual paid his January and February salaries for our debit orders. His Executors, who are Nedbank Trust, have not registered his estate yet with the Masters of the Court. FNB took it upon themselves to take ownership of his salary without the consent of Nedbank and a letter from the Masters of the Court. Our bond, car repayment, and our short-term insurance still need to be paid. Thus, I have no home or car insurance, and our bond was not paid. As per Nedbank, the debit orders were supposed to be debited, and the rest of the funds were to be left in the account that belonged to the estate. After the estate has been registered and advertised, Nedbank has the right to give out the extra money. FNB had no right to settle his overdraft without Nedbanks or my consent! Or the Masters of the Court. I want the letter stating that FNB has the authority to transfer. I will lay a charge of ***** and theft at the police.
