FNB **********ly charging me for a loan I did not take, need, or use.

This query has been going on for a few months now. I app**** for covid relief for 2 of my properties. The bonds are around R5500 per bond per month. For the 3 months Cashflow relief this.means the loan total should be R33'000.

FNB has given me a loan for R49'000 despite me warning them that I did not need this. I know recieved an SMS saying that on the 20th you will be debuting my bank account for the monthly installment for a R49'000 loan.

This query has been going on for months now.

Note that if you debit me for a monthly payment which is calculated on a loan amount that I did not need, have not used, and have disputed for months, I will be canceling as a client and taking all my business elsewhere.

Do not give me money that I clearly don't need, and definitely do not expect me to pay for the monthly installments for money I do not need and have not used.

It has been over 3 months now and I am sick of this now. I have email trail after email trail to you for months. How is this still not sorted out.

Adjust your monthly payment accordingly for the 3 months covid relief for only the 2 properties. You cannot charge me for covid relief for the 3rd when I told you I can pay the bond, and since I have paid the bond.
