Fnb **********ly charging me

I'm writing this as a very concerned and worried customer.
I've been charged a fee of R275 by Fnb for 3 transactions which they claim were as a result of my account going into overdraft.

This is despite me never ever requesting or authorising fnb to put my account into overdraft.
Should I ever swipe my card for a transaction which will result in my account going into overdraft, it should have been rejected, as I know from my previous experience with Standard Bank.

I contacted Fnb general enquiries on Monday at 17:35 (This call should be on record), and spoke to a lady by the name of Genevive.I spoke to her for approx 5 mins wherin she told me about the charge above for Fnb 'honoring' 3 transactions. I requested to speak to a supervisor, waited for about 5 mins, after which she cut the call.
I called back at about 5 50 and asked to speak to her, waited for 20minutes but she was not available nor were any supervisors.

I'm currently a person who lives month to month, yet Fnb seems it fit to rip me off and **********ly charge me R275 for 3 transactions.
