Fnb **********ly charging account

It was the 5th of Jan when I noticed a charge of R275 'Honorary' fee to my account. I immediately contacted my bank, although the person I spoke to was very rude and just cut me off.
I did manage to contact and speak to someone on the 6th of Jan. Her name was Taryn if I'm correct, She informed me that this was a service provided by the bank when an account goes into overdraft (I had never ever requested this service), and the charge is R25 per R100 (Which is ridiculous).
I told her to please remove this 'service' from my account, and she said she will reverse half the fee, which I was fine with. She also informed me that the service has been removed, so it will not be possible for these fees to be charged again, and should my account go into overdraft, the transaction will be declined. She also notified me off this via email. Unfortunately going forward I was continually charged this fee to my account in January, with the amounts being over R1,000. Some of these were reversed, with the net effect being I was charged R537.50 for a servic I had originally never requested, and after that even requested and confirmed that it was cancelled. This is quite clearly *****ing, and **********.
