FNB ********** transaction

A company called Wild Cactus deducted R500 from my FNB account **********ly and reported it to FNB, they say I authorized the transaction and I never bought anything from this company. I sent an to this company and they also said they don’t have any payment from me and didn’t purchase anything from them
