Fnb ********** marketing the worse!!!!!!!!!

I have logged numerous complaints about there direct marketing and the failure to comply with what was offered to me till to date nothing,. Received emails that I'm not compliant however confirmed that I am. They offer a R1000 to switch ur bank, but once u do so then nothing.
